Services

Panel Processing:
High pressure lamination of a wide variety of core and surface materials. Maximum panel size is 5' x 12'.

Cabinet Components:
Melamine and HPL panels shaped and drilled to your specifications. We support miter fold cutting for straight edges, cleaner profiles and easy fabrication. Choose from HPL, .5-3mm or Lotz Armor Edge® edging materials.

Routing and Contoured Edge Banding:
Our Homag BAZ can shape your piece and apply .5-3mm edging at the same time. Minimum inside radius of 2-1/2" and outside radius of 3/8". C-axis available for smooth contours. Precision 3mm butt-joints on continuous designs. We will work from your .dxf file or use our design services.

Sawing:
Our 148"’ wide computer-controlled Holzma panel saw can cut up to 10 sheets of 5/8" particle board at a time. Extensive material handling capabilities allow for large volume processing of 4' x 8', 5' x 10' or 5' x 12' panels. Optimizer software gives you the best yield available.

Edge Banding:
Our Homag computer-control, two-sided edge-banding equipment is set up for high-volume application of HPL, .5-3mm and wood strip banding.

Postforming:
Postforming of laminate over 3/4" to 2" core. 90°, 180° and custom profiles available.

Contract Manufacturing:
We can design, manufacture, assemble and package your laminated products, store fixtures and casegoods.
