Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice and Wisconsin Bench is not responsible for typographical errors.  Sales Tax is required for WI and will be added to the invoice.

Cancellation and Change Policy
Product in process cannot be cancelled. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred by Wisconsin Bench prior to receipt of any change or cancellation.

Limited Warranty
All products sold are warranted by Wisconsin Bench against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for one year after date of purchase from Wisconsin Bench, unless otherwise stated in product listing in this catalog. Any part which is determined by Wisconsin Bench to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to Wisconsin Bench, shipping costs prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced, at Wisconsin Bench’s option.

Warranty Disclaimer
Wisconsin Bench has made a diligent effort to illustrate and describe the products in this catalog accurately; however, such illustrations and descriptions are for the sole purpose of identification, and do not express or imply a warranty that the products are merchantable or fit for a particular purpose, or that the products will necessarily conform to the illustrations or descriptions. No warranty or affirmation of fact, express or implied, other than as set fourth in the limited warranty statement above is made or authorized by Wisconsin Bench. Wisconsin Bench reserves the right to correct publishing errors. 

Limitation of Liability
Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. Wisconsin Bench’s liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid.

Prompt Disposition
Wisconsin Bench will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product that proves to be defective within warranty period. Before returning any product, write or call Wisconsin Bench, giving date and number of original invoice, and describing nature of defect. Title and risk of loss pass to buyer on delivery to the common carrier. If the product was damaged in transit, recipient must file claim with carrier.

Product Suitability
Many states and localities have codes and regulations governing sales, construction, installation, and/or use of products for certain purposes, which may vary from those in neighboring areas. While Wisconsin Bench attempts to assure that its products comply with such codes, it cannot guarantee compliance, and cannot be responsible for how the product is installed or used. Before purchase and use of a product, please review the product application, and national and local codes and regulations, and be sure that the product, installation, and use will comply with them.

OSHA Hazardous Substance & California Proposition 65 Product Information
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for OSHA defined hazardous substances and a list of products known to the state of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm are available by contacting Wisconsin Bench, 507 East Grant Street, Thorp, WI 54771.  The information and recommendations contained on the MSDS supplied by the manufacturer is considered to be accurate and reliable. Wisconsin Bench, however, makes no warranty with respect to the accuracy or reliability of the information or the suitability of the recommendations.  Wisconsin Bench disclaims any and all liability to any user thereof.

Freight Damage
Buyer should count and thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery.  If there is a shortage, please note the shortage on the delivery receipt.  Note visible damage on the delivery receipt and show the driver.  If damage has occurred, report this to Wisconsin Bench immediately.  If it appears that damage could be possible, insist that the carton be opened and contents inspected with the driver.  You have the right to accept partial shipments and refuse the remaining damaged units.  Do not accept shipments of severely damaged items.  

Merchandise title passes from Wisconsin Bench to the consignee upon delivery to the carrier.  It is your responsibility to turn the freight claim in for the damaged merchandise, including the cost of the shipment. This is the only way you can receive payment for merchandise damaged in transit.

At no time is merchandise to be returned to Wisconsin Bench without prior approval. If merchandise
is returned without authorization, we will reject it.
